At WEmpower, we offer Specialised Employment Support to help individuals with disability prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful employment.

Our supports are tailored to each person’s goals, strengths, and interests, and may include:

• Job readiness training and skill development

• Resume writing and interview preparation

• Support to explore work placements or volunteering

• On-the-job coaching and mentoring

• Assistance to overcome employment barriers

Whether you’re just starting your employment journey or returning to the workforce, our team will be with you every step of the way. We work in partnership with participants, families, and employers to build confidence, capability, and sustainable employment outcomes.
